A guide to registration, event payments, support contributions, and getting help.
Effective October 6, 2026Check the event’s terms
Each listing has its own admission, registration, age, and venue requirements. Some registrations and purchases are handled on external websites. Check the responsible organizer and checkout terms before confirming.
Refunds + cancellations
The event-specific refund policy applies; HAC does not impose a universal no-refunds rule through this page. For a cancellation, postponement, duplicate charge, or missing ticket, contact the event’s listed support contact. If your checkout was through HAC and no contact is listed, email HAC with the event name and receipt reference. Do not send full card details. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Nightmares admission
October 28 Nightmares general admission is free with registration. The suggested $15 contribution is optional and is separate from admission. No ticket sales take place on site at the library. The event runs 3–5 PM Eastern and ends at the library’s closing time.
Support contributions
Support payments help Hudson Arts Collective LLC’s programming and operations. They do not purchase equity or an investment interest. HAC does not represent these payments as tax-deductible charitable donations. For an incorrect or duplicate support payment, contact HAC with your receipt reference.
