Your guide to HAC

A little clarity.

Quick answers before you join, register, submit, or press play.

Membership + accounts

Is HAC membership free?

Community is free. Business and Professional tiers are coming soon; final pricing and benefits will be announced before enrollment opens.

Who are the upcoming business tiers for?

Business is planned for small businesses reaching customers. Professional is planned for businesses seeking business clients, services, and collaborators. Proposed benefits are in development; review the Membership page for the current outline.

How do I sign in?

Open the member portal, enter your email, and follow the secure link in your inbox. Check spam if it does not arrive. New members complete a profile before submitting events.

I joined on the old site. What should I do?

Use your original membership email. Register or sign in here on the new HAC site with your original email. If your history is missing, contact HAC for help.

Does membership include all events and films?

No. Event tickets are separate unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Film access depends on the title’s availability, viewing permissions, and your account access.

Events + tickets

Where can I find upcoming events?

Browse the Events directory and use the status, category, or search filters. Open an event for its date, venue, admission, and registration details.

How do refunds work?

Check the event’s stated refund policy and the checkout provider’s terms before paying. Contact the organizer listed on the event for changes, cancellations, or refund requests. There is no single refund rule for every event on HAC.

Can I submit my own event?

Yes. Sign in, complete your profile, and use Submit an event. Submissions are reviewed before publication. Follow their status and any revision requests in your Organizer workspace.

How do I request accessibility information?

Check the event listing and contact its organizer about venue access or accommodations. For HAC website barriers, contact HAC and include the page and problem you experienced.
