Help keep HAC welcoming to artists, filmmakers, organizers, audiences, and the communities we serve.

No harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, or targeted abuse. Respect boundaries and differing perspectives. Keep criticism focused on the work or idea.
Respect creative work + privacy
Credit collaborators and use content you have rights to share. Do not post someone’s private contact information, account details, or personal material without permission. Do not record or redistribute films without authorization.
Keep submissions accurate
Use clear dates, venues, admission details, and organizer contacts. Avoid misleading claims, spam, impersonation, and duplicate submissions. Events promoting unsafe or unlawful activity, explicit sexual activity, or lacking a clear community or cultural purpose are not accepted in the directory.
Follow venue + event rules
Respect staff, guests, age requirements, access rules, and venue policies. An event listing does not override the host’s rules.
Report concerns
Send the page link and a description to HAC. We may request revisions, remove content, or restrict accounts after reviewing concerns. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services or venue staff.
